She told me that being a blue passport holder she thought they are allowed to move anywhere in world without a visa.

But I doubt this your comment sha. Because before he or she gets on the plain the airport staff would checked her itinerary .

The post is about Nigeria, it has nothing to do with politicians. Personally I don't support any politician, but I won't deny my country and I will never call a country of my birth a disgraced country. If you say Nigeria is a disgraced country, then you are also a disgraced citizen.
