Ezeama400:
Even Urhobo people who are laergest ethnic group in Delta want Anioma state to be created, so that they can have the upper hand and take capital to Warri.
Yet, I don’t know why SW people that are living very far from the zone are having sleepless night over Anioma
Agbadorians are like chameleon. They will still change tomorrow and change again and change again. They have no stability. That is why they are the crooners of change mantra.

We Igbos in Delta state, can not wait for this to happen, let's reunite with our brothers,we are not asking too much...Pls let us be the sixth Eastern state,it is long overdue.
If you say we are not Ndigbo, why then did you massacre our fathers in Asaba in oct 1967,now infamously known as the Asaba massacre, carried out by 2nd infantry division of the Nigerian army, led by Murtala Muhammad and Ibrahim Taiwo!
You are highly welcome my brother

Create anioma state, which is fine and good.

But there is absolutely nothing to gain Joining the SE.
Not with IPOB and UGM having a free rein there.

Anioma would be best as a south south state.

Don't make costly mistakes that would affect generations.
E no concern you.
Dey with your south south.
Anioma to join the SE to create more balance and usher in peace into the entire area.
The date is sometime in 2026!

The SS region is more promising, and has less security complexities, atleast right now.

The anioma people have been able to leverage on our proximity to oil and gas in the SS , to create big businesses like Zenith, UBA, SEPLAT AITEO, e.t.c.
We will lose all that advantage if we Join a SE that is too clannish and under the control of megalomaniacs like IPOB.
Sorry bro, but that’s the way it will be. Anioma to form the sixth SE state, joining kith and kin there. Anioma people do not leverage on the proximity to oil and gas in the SS. Anioma lies on oil and gas. The land is rich in mineral resources. The same in the SE with Imo and Anambra states holding huge reserves of gas.

There’s now no stopping it from happening, with members of the NASS agreeing. Now to complete the processes and the pronouncement in 2026. Get ready to be called Onye Igbo. If you have been hiding your identity, by next year, you no go fit again, except you want to put on Ibadan or Ogbomoso tribal marks to change your face identification.

Ika will not be part of that.
Which Ika? The one that I know or the one that you want to claim to know?
Ika as a whole becomes part of the SE. Of e no gree you, relocate to Mali or Sudan. By this time next year, you will be shouting Igbo kwe nu, with your brothers and sisters. No more handshake across the Niger.

Yes o, we're in full support. Make una carry una wahala dy go make better development reach Ughelli/Isoko/Bomadi, Burutu and co..

Go and join your bia brothers. Ijeoma grin
Anioma is not the reason why you dont have development in ughelli and co.
You just don't have the required IQ.
Even if they gave you all the oil wealth in the SS, your leaders will still embezzle it.

Apart from oceanic bank created by the ibru family, there has not been any major brand from that part of delta state.
You should be proud of Anioma. They are the best delta has to offer in every field of endeavour.

It is easier to for Nnamdi Kanu to see the law under which he was tried than for any state to be created.

The parliament just presented a list of constitutional amendments including renaming of local govts etc. Did you see any state creation there?

If people prefer to keep the space in their heads empty, pastors, politicians, Islamic and IPOB terrorists will use your brains for you.

Those whose brains are still functioning and haven’t been sublet to politicians know it is more or less impossible to create a state in a civilian dispensation in Nigeria. The only time is was done was when we had regions and at the time you only needed the approval of 2 out of 3 regions. With states, you need the state parliaments of 25 out of 36+ FCT and all want their own state and none will vote in favour unless they get their own.

It is just a campaign tool especially as election season is round the corner.

State creation and promise of political solution for Kanu are campaign tools for the usual suspects who have wide empty spaces between their ears. Neither is going to happen!

Fake Anioma pretending to be from Delta state. You’re ip0b tellolist, be proud of where you come from.
Real Anioma dons and daughters don’t want to join a region that insult their elders and force them to sit at home every Monday grin

How will they create one small state and give them three senators when Lagos and Kano with over 20 million people have only three senators? The first thing is to abolish the Senate then give anybody that want state the state they want.

We automatically fall into the igbo orbit, and that is a different ball game, politically and economically.
When last did you hear of any IPOB attack in the south east?

South east is currently one of the safest zones in Nigeria

If there is a return to the independence constitution it can be done. Back then regions did not want to be divided unlike now that states are asking to be divided. The military messed up the country.

You guys just talk anyhow sha! This is not the fantasy channel! It’s the same people that cannot create states that you are dreaming will return to independence constitution?

This is why people should think before they act, when things aren’t going your way else you make moves for which there is no return.

Those who couldn’t see beyond today and refused secession clause, who abolished referendum, who staged a coup, those who promulgated decree 34 etc etc did not realize they would be here today paying the price for the situation they created for themselves and everyone else.
