Visibility is not the same as attention-seeking. When a public official speaks up about harassment, political exclusion, or institutional pressure, it will naturally attract media attention. That attention does not originate from a love for the spotlight but from the seriousness of the issues being raised. Reducing repeated allegations to “noise” avoids the harder question: why do these patterns keep occurring, and why do they consistently involve power imbalance?
