Came across a video of Free POS Machine Banners on YouTube and I have to say I am very interested at the level of business sense applied here. It's about downloading a banner design off the Internet and then going to a printer in your locality to get it printed. This strategy does save cost of getting a banner designed, to design a basic banner is like N2,500. From my experience with Banner designers this design would cost about N5,000 at least. It's a rather long video about 5 minutes long explaining how to get the banner printed. I don't do POS Business so I did not watch the entire video but I know Opay, Moniepoint and Palmpay are Nigeria's top POS Companies. Opay will not allow my apps to rest with it's advertising. I think Moniepoint has better advertising than Opay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIKT5RZbXLc

KobolanderSegun:Omo! You won’t believe this yes o, you actually *can* watch YouTube on some Android POS teller machines! _But before you start vibing to Burna Boy or scrolling through Naija comedy skits, I'll tell about how this thing really works and what you should know. If your Android POS runs a normal Android OS (like Android 8, 10, or 11) and it has Google Play Store or GMS, my guy you’re good to go. Just open Play Store, download YouTube, and enjoy your videos like you’re holding a small Android phone with printer. Plenty of these POS systems now come with touchscreen, WiFi, 4G, speakers and all that sweet spec. Devices from companies like Sunmi, Telpo, or PAX fit handle YouTube sharp-sharp. Now make we talk truth — not all POS machines go gree you use am like normal Android phone. Some companies lock the device for only transactions, no extra apps. Some even remove Play Store entirely (omo e choke _). If you see “kiosk mode”, that one means the device na for business only — no YouTube waka there. If you wan use your POS for YouTube, abeg confirm the Android version and if Play Store dey work. Also test am first before you buy. Some cheap POS machines dey freeze once you try to stream video — and that one fit spoil your mood. This is list of the Android POS / Teller Machine Manufacturer tht supply the Nigerian market,, I may have left some out o...If you dey find correct POS wey fit work like phone and still collect payment, check out these big names: Sunmi, PAX Technology, Ingenico, VeriFone, NEXGO, FAVORPOS, Newland, Jassway, SZZT, SZFP, Sunany, DATAMEGA, Ocom, Elo, Wisecard, Hisense, Justtide, Altarctic, WillDom, and Square. LAndroid Handheld POS System with Printer (Lovanne / Sunany)Comes with Android 8–11, WiFi, 4G, and built-in receipt printer. You fit stream YouTube or run business side-by-side. PAX A920 Android Smart POS** – This one na boss level POS. 5-inch HD screen, good battery, Big Screen Android POS (15.6-inch Desktop Type) For shop owners wey wan get better view or use like mini computer. _ Things to Check Before You Buy - Android version and if Play Store dey work - Screen size (at least 5 inches for better YouTube viewing) - WiFi or 4G network - RAM and storage - Battery life or power supply - Local support and spare parts availability - Price (from ₦80k to ₦300k depending on features) Final Talk _ So yes, e possible to chill with YouTube while you dey run your POS hustle — just make sure your device get Play Store and good internet. Don’t forget, business first o, before you lose customers because you dey watch comedy skit! If you wan serious recommendation, check brands like PAX A920 or Sunmi T2 Mini them be beast for both transactions and YouTube vibes. |

JibolaUsman:Around how much do POS teller Operators make a day in Nigeria ? Do you know much they make ? |
| Re: Free POS Teller Machine Printing Banners In Nigeria by JibolaUsman: 4:29pm On Oct 23, 2025 |
KobolanderSegun:It Depends alot on location o. To earn alot of money it's best to be in a jam packed residential area like surulere in Lagos State, or you are in a rich estate with few people like Magodo. Daily Earnings of POS Operators in Nigeria The income of a Point-of-Sale (POS) operator in Nigeria varies considerably, depending on several factors such as location, transaction volume, and operational costs. The following provides a structured overview of the typical daily earnings based on recent reports and analyses from credible sources. Typical Daily Earnings 1. In moderate-volume areas, many POS operators report daily take-home profits ranging between ₦3,000 and ₦12,000. 2. In high-traffic zones such as major markets or transport hubs, daily earnings can rise to between ₦10,000 and ₦30,000 or more. 3. In rural or low-traffic locations, daily earnings are typically lower, averaging around ₦3,000 to ₦8,000. Key Considerations It is essential to note that these figures represent gross earnings, before accounting for operational costs such as rent, power or data, float management, and transportation. For example, an operator in a medium-traffic location might earn an estimated net daily profit of approximately ₦10,200 after expenses. Moreover, location plays a crucial role in profitability, as areas with higher foot traffic yield significantly better returns. Other contributing factors include the POS service provider, type of terminal, transaction fees, and the number of daily transactions handled. Estimated Daily Profit Ranges Based on collated data, the following estimates provide a realistic view of daily profits for POS operators across different business environments: Low-Traffic Area: ₦5,000 – ₦8,000 per day Moderate-Traffic Area: ₦8,000 – ₦15,000 per day High-Traffic Area: ₦15,000 – ₦30,000+ per day Choosing the right location and optimizing your transaction volume can significantly boost profitability in the POS business. Stay strategic, stay consistent, and leverage data to grow your financial service venture. |

Quick question Is Opay really making money in Nigeria Or they are playing or investing long term. I ask because of all the cashbacks, free airtime & data I get Or maybe it’s because of the bulk data & airtime they buy from networks and the interest from their Okash loan app |
| Re: Free POS Teller Machine Printing Banners In Nigeria by KobolanderSegun(op): 9:37pm On Dec 16, 2025 |
yinkeys:Very good question and here's the answer the Opay owner is a Chinese billionaire in dollars and he has target to have a subscription base of 1 billion users by 2030. Remember when Tecno first came out they killed Nokia at the features phone level with cheap phones with 2 sims, Torchlight and memory cards. so Opay have grown with all the freebies.Or like how Dangote has reduced petrol price. Opay is by far the largest Pos company in Nigeria then Moniepoint |

juddexy2:I totally agree that's because Moniepoint loans out so many of its machines while Opay is outright buying. But in terms of Popularity Opay is the MTN of POS |
