I have figured it out guys, ended up paying extra 0.98 USD before I can use the coupon.

Did you reject the coupon code refund option they gave?

Did you go to the bank to fill some kind of refund/reversal form ?

Wasn't offered coupon and didn't visit any bank.
Applied for the refund and it was completed the same day. Got it in my account in 5 days.
