Even if an average man is privy to such info, govt won't take him serious! They only took this case serious because it was coming from Dangote! They know what his influence can do in the international community. It will be delusional for anybody to want to rule out Dangote in this case!

There were more than 6 different exchange rates then. CBN rate, Hajj rate, PTA rate, etc.
Dangote was getting it from the CBN at a rate far cheaper than all rates.

Do you know that when Tinubu came in, the first raid by Efcc was Dangote's HQ in Ikoyi?

A teller processed the transfer, a branch Manager approved it, further processing was some at the HO.

The man's accounts (both Naira and Domiciliary) are managed by Nigerians.

The bank that processed the payments sent reports to NFIU. Na Nigerians dey NFIU.
