Trust some Nigerians to doubt any form of election process adopted. They are professional fault-finders! They would say since the electronic system of voting is operated by human beings, they were compromised to favour a particular candidate. Elections are only free, fair and transparent if their preferred candidate wins. @hotseat |

SlavaUkraini:The results will favor them. Every reasonable human called Nigerian are in APC. The inflation you are all shouting is back to normal. People are celebrating this Xmas with food prices half of last year. The opposition should invite the UN, Trump, EU and Japan to monitor the system. When you recruit all the best players and coaches on earth, your opponents are 70+ years old disabled and wounded grandpas and you promise each player $1m reward for winning the match then you have nothing to be afraid of. |

Where the results cannot be uploaded due to network failure does that invalidate the election in that unit? During collation, which one takes precedence, the irev or manual collation? Can the court cancel the election be ause the irev n result declaration sheet does not correlate? This questions still beggars answers |

They should add that we should go to voting centers with counting machines. That any official that refuses to do the right thing. That is is our duty as citizens to court him or she. And it is not a crime in the eyes of the law |

“ Lawmakers also approved an amendment introducing a five-year jail term for presiding officers found guilty of declaring false results”. That’s the icing on the cake! Presiding officers are usually young youth corpers, who have their futures ahead of them. Receiving bribes to distort election results would put their futures at risk. Get bribes from politicians and end your future without kicking off at all. |

This is still inadequate. Electronic collation of results must be mandated by an act of the national assembly. The fraud happens at collation centers. |
