In statistics we have to be conscious and care with words like MOST, AVERAGE, GENERALLY, SOME etc

MOST kids graduate from secondary schools as virgins (ofcause some would already be active but they're not majority) this also depends on the part of the country that's considered- but GENERALLY most kids leave secondary school as virgins

The AVERAGE age to enter university is 17/18. This is where/when sexual activities largely begins due to obvious factors. For a virgin, you don't just start having sex immediately u enter university, you need some months to 'settle down'

This is why19 is a suitable AVERAGE.

Forget about the statistics in your area- look at Nigerian as a whole
