Hey NLanders,

I am a Nigerian writer and I recently entered a Christmas story competition organised by Billion Media Entertainment.

The story is titled To Love Again, a billionaire Christmas romance set in London. It follows Chuka Nwobi, a man who rose from the streets of Mushin to global success, lost his wife tragically, and finds himself fighting grief, betrayal, and love all over again.

The story is free to read and voting is based on likes and engagement.

I am humbly asking anyone who enjoys emotional romance, drama, or Christmas themed stories to please take a few minutes to read and vote for my story.

God bless you🙏

This is my first time entering a writing competition, and it truly means a lot to me.

I poured my heart into this story. I carefully structured it, rewrote it multiple times, and gave it everything I had as a writer. To Love Again is a Christmas romance about grief, healing, betrayal, and finding love after loss.

The story is free to read, and voting is based on likes and engagement.

The enemy you fear is not outside.
Sometimes, she is the woman who smiles at you every morning.

A billionaire.
A dead wife.
A Christmas engagement.
And a personal assistant hiding a murder.

To Love Again is not a sweet romance.
It is grief, obsession, betrayal, and survival.

Kindly read and vote 🙏

“Why couldn’t you see me? Wasn’t I enough?” Samantha wailed, her eyes fixed on him, her body trembling.

“I gave you everything. My youth. My life. My labour. My hard work. My sweat. Yet you still could not see me. Why?”

This passage is taken from my Christmas story, To Love Again.

While writing it, something settled heavily in my heart.

There are moments in life when we give everything we have. We sacrifice. We pour ourselves out. We show up again and again for people, hoping that one day they will finally see us. Understand us. Choose us. Appreciate us.

And when they do not, it hurts deeply.

But in that pain, a quieter question emerged.

Do we truly see others?

Do we notice their sacrifices, their silent struggles, their exhaustion, their unspoken pain? Do husbands truly see the weight their wives carry? Do wives truly see the pressure their husbands endure? Do we see the people who love us beyond what they provide for us?

So often, we choose not to see. Especially when what is being done is quiet, consistent, and rooted in love. And in that blindness, we hurt each other without meaning to.

Today, see someone. Truly see them. Acknowledge them. Appreciate them. It might matter more than you know.

Ps: Samantha was obsessed with Chuka to the point of destroying another woman’s life. But men like Chuka rarely see women like Samantha the way they long to be seen...

You should read the book😊

I didn’t rush this book. I carefully structured everything. The layout. The clickable table of contents. The drop cap. The editing. The pacing. And yes, the romance too. The romance is hot and intentional 🤠

What makes this story different is that it is told from a man’s point of view. I wanted to show the weight men carry quietly. The kind of grief nobody applauds. Losing a wife. Raising a child alone. Building an empire while breaking inside.

Five years later, love finds him again. But the woman he falls for looks exactly like his dead wife. That is where the real drama begins.

This story touches mental health. Obsession. How loving too hard can destroy someone. How a woman can bottle pain until her heart finally gives out. How lonely single fathers can be. And how sometimes, the real evil is not outside but living right beside you, smiling every day.

This is not just a Christmas romance.
It is fire, brimstone, and water.
It is grief, healing, betrayal, and love.

I truly believe this is a strong book.

Please let my hard work pay off 🙏
