This is the reality on ground, and it has never been this bad. If you check the number of agencies that recruited/replaced from January to Date, almost all were shared based on slots (NNPC considered merit tho).
Most offers are now coming through connections with big names, C/O.

They wasted my time and resources.
They contracted Workforce to waste our time.
Imagine writing exams for an experienced hire role as though it's a Graduate Trainee position.
