| Re: Which Ports Dominated Nigeria's Exports — Q3 2025 by franchasng: 5:17am On Dec 20, 2025 |
IamMobisola:1 fully operational 1 partially operational 2 semi-partially operational Namely: Lagos (Tincan, Apapa, Lekki deepsea) - full Portharcourt (Onne) - partially Warri - semi partially Calabar - semi partially The rest are audio lol But if we are a serious country that truly want collective national growth without prejudice or some hidden tribal agenda, we ought to have full functional ports at: Lagos Ondo Edo Warri Anambra/Onitsha Imo/Abia Calabar Portharcourt Kaduna/Kano/Sokoto/Kogi any of them can have inland port or dry port It's now left for importers and exporters to decide which seaport to use based on proximity, cost and other considerations, not what we have currently which is the main reason Lagos is being over congested and carrying the load of 10 states. They used politics to corner and concentrate every federal development projects and infrastructure in Lagos, which is what attracted most Nigerians, foreigners and firms into Lagos and even neighboring states like Ogun. |

richmond500:Why was Lagos state government complaining when NPA was diverting goods to Warri port? You built an artificial system and you are clapping for yourself for building that system. One thing I love with telling lies is that the person telling the lies knows that he is Lying. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |

This country leaders are not true to themselves, yet they're acting surprised that we don't trust them. They think everything is a game. How can you cripple other regions in favour of your own. And seize every opportunity to highlight your own as excellent, when we all know there is bias. It's just like Tinubu's appointment. Even a blind man can see the imbalance from day 1 |

tunwumi:Lagos did not position it self. It's dirty politics of stifling, killing , under using other ports in NIGERIA that has created this national embarrassment. Especially, the ports in P.h are under used deliberately and systematically just to keep Lagos leading. Don't come here bragging about ports in NIGERIA. This is why the South South people will never be happy with gej The monopoly ought to have been broken. And it will break one day with a right Government. |

tunwumi:There's no positioning by Lagos in the sense of the word. It is how it was positioned from colonial times and during the oil boom era due to infrastructural investments by the military regimes. |

tunwumi:This data shows how Nigeria has positioned Lagos. Every single port was established with federal money and policy. Especially policy. Thats why the Warri and Port Harcourt ports haven't grown or improved despite their much more strategic or central location |
| Re: Which Ports Dominated Nigeria's Exports — Q3 2025 by Helinuse: 7:48am On Dec 20, 2025 |
Aile:🤣🤣🤣 It’s very funny listening to you guys talk about Lagos. What you don’t understand is that all those imports are no”exports” that are as a result of Lagos productivity, but “exports” as a result of the needs of other states. Meaning: without the production of goods (particularly oil) coming in from other states, it Lagos will just be like another Benin Republic. |

Aile:it benefiting from one Nigeria contraption. If it was a country on it own 90 percent of the shipping business go disappear. You don't expect a Biafra port authority to be patronizing Lagos Or Republic of Northwest Nigeria will be using Far Northern Land borders |
