Senate president is not about fighting the executive but by working together with the executive in the best interest of the populace. PIB was on his schedule but couldn't pass it before his tenure ended bcoz he was fighting the executive. Did he create any State? Any additional LG? Bursary for Nigerians? No, no, no rather budgets were padded and was scheming to be VP to osinbajo bcoz himself and Tambuwal thought Buhari would die in London hospital.
