I even heard one guy built a foundation on paying ransom to kidnappers. They are building NGOs on top paying ransom which is illegal. Nigerians are funny people

China is not a political model for a Western styled democracy. Though China is a great nation, it is not a democracy, they have issues with human rights, We are not Chinese.:There are many ways to effectively tackle corruption without a death penalty. Corruption is tackled from the smallest unit of society.:The more you look, the less you see .
