No one has proven to be better than Iwobi in midfield. We need more midfielders. Our team is always lopsided we are always attack heavy. We will want to play Lookman, Chukwueze, Osimehn, Ejuke, Akor, Tolu etc are all attackers. Most times our formation end up being 4-2-4 and our attackers just look lost having to drop deep. Most times we lose midfield battle and resort to long ball to attack and wait for magic

I see Iwobi start in a mid tier EPL team every weekend, Dele Bashiru for example has not played a full 90mins for Lazio this season. Tochukwu we dont even know him or where he plays. Onyeka sef no dey play for Brentford

If we are targeting midfielders, we should be looking to naturalize, Carney Chukwuemeka, Leslie Ugochukwu before their stock rises and they pick the European countries

Ask yourself same question oga. Marresca has done what no other coach has been able to do since this new regime started. He got us champions league football and 2 trophies (one is the biggest in club football irrespective of what anybody wants to say to downgrade it). We are in the third semifinals since he came in and I know if we get to the final he is bringing it home too so tell me why do you want him out if not unnecessary bad belle? Yes he has made mistakes and will make more but it’s just human nature to make mistakes. He learns and he has improved on his decision making. Man get out of your head. It's on record that under his watch, we've spent a lot of money. If he feels he's not been given the necessary support, then he should leave. His CV is now good so he won't even lack good job offers.

I'm not Maresca out by the way. I've always maintained that there's no managerial crises at the club yet.

That's one thing the Chelsea sporting directors fail to understand. They don't want to sign already established players or players above 25. Na mumuni be that. How many Chelsea players are guaranteed starters for barca,psg, Madrid,Bayern, city, Liverpool, Arsenal or even ATM, Inter, Juventus and the rest.

Look at Chelsea 's bench .how many of the players there are guaranteed starters for Villa, newcastle , Villarreal, Dortmund or Napoli.
And someone thinks the whole problem starts and ends with maresca. Maresca has his own problems though, but the squad dept is nothing to write home about. And some people would be here arguing who's better between madueke vs Garnacho which is laughable because those two players are not even worthy to be starters for a club as big as Chelsea. How can Chelsea fans here be arguing who is better between delap, Jackson and Pedro without asking themselves if these players are guaranteed to start for any of the top teams in Europe.
The standard has reduced since the Americans took over and we are demanding too much from a maresca who has George, gittens ,Garnacho,delap and the rest.
