Every of President Trump's words and actions must be seen in the broad lights of the defining terms of his Presidency, everything must be situated within the overall strategic objectives that he has defined for his Presidency and what he hopes to achieve during his tenure.

In the light of this, America will not invade Nigeria, that would be too aggressive, but there would be the optics, strong optics to persuade the Nigerian government to do what is right and needful at this time. President Trump has only asked the Nigeria government to be more effective to stop the genocide in Nigeria. The everyday bloodshed is enough, the bloodshed is enough. Now, as the President of Peace, he has turned his attention and focus on the undeniable killings going on in Nigeria, and in line with the overall policy and strategic objectives of his Presidency, the killings must stop, the genocide must end, and there must be peace!

If the Nigeria government will continue to play ostrich, then he has promised to move in and stop the bloodshed by himself!

Seun, an injustice is being committed on this forum. This section is supposed to be for Christianity and other religions, but the threads that mostly hit FP on Sundays are Christianity threads. Some of us are not adherents of the Roman religion of Christianity, we are Bible believing Christians according to the finest traditions laid by the Apostles in Antioch.

Our threads do not make FP, this is injustice.

When pastors and churches constantly flaunt their wealth buying private jets and exotic cars they are essentially painting a giant target on their congregations. They are advertising the church as a lucrative financial institution, not just a place of worship.

The most painful part is that it is the poor, faithful members who will suffer for this ostentation. The wealthy pastors are already shielded by tight police and private security. So, the kidnappers will logically target the vulnerable, everyday worshippers. They become the pawns because the criminals now believe the church has the money to pay. The poor are used as human ATMs, and their suffering is the price of their leaders' vanity.
