I don't understand your last two paragraphs.

My last question. So after graduating from the institution, they will be called police?

We have Police College Ikeja.

But Nigeria Police Academy is in Kano. They award degrees in Law, Science, Computer Science, Accounting, Management, etc.

On paper we have everything. But dudu seems to struggle to make public bodies excel.

We seem to only excel individually, but a tree cannot make a forest.

Of course, they will be like graduates recruited into the police. ASP officers. They rise more steadily through the ranks, just like army guys start from Sub-lieutenant rank when they leave NDA.
