[quote author=aworatak post=137874817]There is need to beem searchlight on all of the legislations passed by the Nass and gazetted into law since June 2023 with a view of ascertaining whether there is any unauthorized alteration.

You want to have a heart attack?.
Then GO AHEAD, scrutinize and weep!!!!.

When we warned them about Tinubu they thought we just hated him and his tribe, but we were speaking for the good of everybody including them(his supporters), isn't this enough for people in his cabinet to go to jail ?
I wonder what is left of this government to be trusted. Even a mad man wearing rags should be afraid of Tinubu and who he truly is. Some brain dead supporters will still not be moved. So sad!

What else can your leader looter teach us apart from how to increase tax burden on people, which he steals to bribe politicians for his stranglehold over the masses?

What else can Ọgbẹni ojuyọbọ teach anyone huh

NaijaRoyalty:
…Says Buhari doesn’t have my kind of money

However, Buhari doesn’t have the kind of money I can steal neither does he have the money I can collect. He doesn’t even have the money for Lagos votes. So, whatever I promise, it’s for real and is coming from my pocket. It’s not until I go to Alausa before I get money to give you.”

Addressing APC supporters on the need to deliver votes, Tinubu said handsome cash rewards await those who can deliver votes for the party.

He said he would not make mistakes of the past where people would collect money in advance and not deliver on election day.

Tinubu added, “Those of you that say you come to Bourdillon for mobilisation, it is mobilisation that we are doing here or don’t you understand? Definitely, if you know people in your neighbourhood, our members, how we used to do.

APC under Tinubu is wicked, satanic and evil.

Can someone tell me if this has happened in the history of Nigeria, that gazetted laws would be forged?

Science.

There is no mention of 20% in the gazetted version.

The disputed section is section 41. You can see below

You can also download the gazetted version here do a word search and verify for yourselves

https://gazettes.africa/akn/ng/officialGazette/government-gazette/2025-06-26/117/eng@2025-06-26

https://fiscalreforms.ng/index.php/2025/09/06/the-official-gazette-2025-nigeria-tax-reform-acts/
It is in the nigeria tax administration act (NTAA).

You obviously have no idea what you are even defending or justifying.

Oga please be informed, that the only version that is the law is the version gazetted.

I know the site you quoted is an official govt site but we all know that sloppiness and anyhowness is the way of the typical Nigerian. Whatever is listed on that site in not the official law. It could have been one of the draft copies that the webmaster uploaded.

What I published is the official gazetted version with the coat of arms of the government. It is also the version of pan the fiscal reforms website.

If whatever law you are reading does not have “federal government gazette”, It is NOT the final tax law as signed by the president.

Part of being an educated person is knowing where to go to find the authentic law. The only law is the gazetted law. For that you must know where to find official government gazettes.

Good. You can now go to court with this details.

Hope you people also have the original copy of both Real Tax law and the modified one

The graphics above is just assumption. Original copy of the 2 will be needed to win your case in court.

All the best in doing that though

You responded based on your ocal level! Again, responding to someone you don't know in your local language says it all.

I won't argue with someone who does not understand alterations of official documents is a serious matter.

People like you is the reason why some organization don't employ some....
... I would leave it there !

Tinubu and APC are cankerworm that needs to be eliminated for this country to progress.

How can an old shriveled drug man be sooo interested in money like this?
I just wonder, how much money a man needs to become satisfied and stop milking others of the little they've suffered for. Nigeria is messed up !!

So a gazette published on a website that collects gazettes by 'donations' across Africa is more reliable than a gazette published by Federal Government Agency in Nigeria, the very country where the law was enacted?

Did you follow the link I provided? If you did, you would see that it is a gazetted law hosted on an official Government site.

Part of being educated is knowing where to source information from.

You can choose to source yours from a website that takes 'gazette donations' from any Tom, dick and Harry. I chose to take mine from a government agency in the country where the law was enacted.

The only validly superior position you can have is providing the one with the president's signature.

Also, what about other aspects raised regarding the alleged alterations? Can you help verify or debunk them? Thanks.
