Of course it must be the accountant general and auditor general, two critical offices whose cooperation are needed to steal and launder money and cover it's trail. This is why most governors don't joke with their accountant generals. It happened with Wike who made his accountant general Fubara as governor of Rivers state after colluding with him to launder trillions in Rivers treasury.

This is exactly what emperor Wike wants from Fubara. He must be admiring how Yayaha Bello was able to achieve this seamlessly.

Kogi State is unique in Nigeria as it shares border with ten different states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Unfortunately, it has never been blessed with visionary leaders .
