This guy is 'alright' but for the price, he'll not be worth it. He has spent most of his career in a back 3(community defense) meaning he's not that familiar with a back 4 system. He's also slow like Curbasi. He's simply the Italian Clement Lenglet or Italian Pau Tores.

In addition to that, contract running till 2028 meaning he'll be expensive as fccck. We're talking about 80milion or so in pounds. These are the kind of deals that sent Barca to the shadow realm due to their financial recklessness.

He's not better than Mac Guehi, Schlocterbeck, Luchumi, Isak Hien.

Nevertheless, I’m not sure Barca can sign him but I think he’s a very good defender. I love the way he’s able to build plays from the back and very comfortable on possession. He’s going to fit our attacking style of play.

Speed.....1. Scholtebrcek, 2. Guehi, 3 Batsoni

Aerial prowess...1. Batsoni, 2. schoter, 3. Guehi

Aggression....1. Scholte, 2. Guehi, 3. Batsoni.

Pure defending...Guehi, Batsoni, Scholtebrcek

The difference between the 3 isn't huge and you have to consider the cost. Personally if I'm to choose se I'll pick Slaughterbeg then Geuhi. This is just my opinion sha.

Curbasi who's a snail in terms of speed is actually faster than Batsoni but anyways let's see how it goes.

Schlotterbeck and guehi are not better in possession than bastoni, infact that's his strongest suit, he sometimes strayed forward from CB to play.as an auxiliary left wing back or left sided midfielder when in possession under inzaghi, he's the most versatile and balanced out of the three even if he gets beat in some areas by the other two, he's also not slow, maybe not as fast as the other two but he's not slow

I've watched him and will not pick him ahead of Schlocterbeck and Guehi.

The player he got the ball from is a slow player with a low dribbling IQ and ability to manipulate the ball in tight areas. I can share you videos of snails(in terms of speed) like Curbasi, Per Matertsaker, Joachim Anderson etc winning the ball in similar fashion. Batsoni does not have elite speed but his acceleration is elite. Quite good like that of Pique.

Speed is how fast he can go at short burst, acceleration is how fast he can reach top speed to fully recover a ball. For instance, Araujo is fast, absolutely elite, Batsoni is fast but not elite, but his acceleration/long legs is what gives him the edge in situations like the one you posted. You think if that was Rashford, Mbape, Pedro Neto, Pepe, Buchan he'll have a chance? Lol 😂

Anyways he's not coming as Barca no get money. Araujo is back to help you win number 6 UCL. Or number 10(2015-present) tears
