Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, on Tuesday declared that politicians would only find God and solace in the All Progressives Congress (APC).



Alia made the remark while speaking at the distribution of food items for Christmas and New Year celebrations organised by the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in Kaduna.



According to Alia, the Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly informed him during the budget presentation in Makurdi that six of the remaining Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members in the assembly were already in the APC “in spirit” and that their full defection to the party would soon be celebrated.



"The APC is where you can find God. You can only find solace in the All Progressives Congress,” Governor Alia declared.

"Just yesterday, during the budget presentation at the Benue State House of Assembly in Makurdi, the Speaker told me that the remaining six PDP assembly members are already in the APC in spirit. We will soon celebrate them physically in the party where one can find God and solace the APC,” he added

Alia is a good guy. I like him.

Should clergymen be affiliated with politics?

Clearly, that God you serve loves blood, genocide, forgery, illegality, evil and corruption.

That God is worse than the same devil meant to be the enemy.

Since the APC is solace, my good prayer for all APC supporters is "may every APC policy you support befall you and your family in every way...I mean in every way."

I only blame docile Nigerian youths, including me, for allowing these criminals to take us for a ride. I don't blame them at all.
