Nairaland policy has always been when you accuse someone, they'll say "drop proof" when you do, they'll say "oya, so, so, so, respond, he has dropped proof" but it's changing by some self righteous people who think they have earned enough reputation to accuse anybody they like without being challenged. That only casts doubt on your acclaimed righteousness, if you can't drop proof of your claims.

Go through my history, I've never for once commented on her issue before, even when it was hotter than the current issue on ground, I would rather prefer to be a ghost reader, but what prompted me comment is that it has been her way of business and it is highly unfair to the customers who trusted her with their hard earn money only to get services they are not happy about. You're shouting bring out evidence, what did you do with the evidence the complainant brought forward?

Whenever you want to air your displeasure to the general public (you want them to come in notice) and it is something that will make them perceive someone in a bad light, the same members of the public have the right to demand proof or ask you to keep quiet (you, brought yourself our to them).

What's to say you're not lying about the new one and not trying to hide under the shadow of the old. If you have no evidence, or won't present, your case should be thrown out. The complaint is primarily on lack of customer satisfaction which is very paramount in business, the customer presented his proof, the seller in her way of business will never counter it or present her own side, but another seller on the same thread is the one putting all the issue on his head.
