But it was always there and easy to see such that I even projected this level. Then it was in hundreds of thousands, to millions, etc. it basically followed the dollar exchange rate; as the rate suffered more depreciation the more ferocious the greed got.

So if you observed, during Goodluck's time, we were greeted with billions stolen, unaccounted for, as Buhari entered and the rate worsened, it climbed to several tens, and now we've got hundreds of billions, heck this one is 21.2% of a trillion naira.
