Look at my earlier comment where I asked if the aim was to put people on the moon etc. I also mentioned musk and SpaceX. Again you've said nothing you slow poke. Just repeating the issues I raised earlier. You are still guessing. I also mentioned the possibility of exploiting natural minerals from the moon. They certainly would be considering some sort of lunar weapons programme. Ever heard of America's star wars programme? You are a slow thinker and can't read between the lines.
