Why wouldn't there be more kidnappings when the FG is doing absolutely nothing about it? The kidnappers are so sure nothing will happen that they can post on Facebook. I strongly believe that we cannot solve this problem on our own because of strong religious and tribal ties....the reason the FG is doing nothing about it.
