Even Tinubu supporters are not even happy with the new tax laws as it will reduce what is left of the meagre monthly stipends!
But because of sycophancy and blind political affiliation,they are compelled to go on social media and scream 'on your mandate'

Not true sir.

Only those earning more than twenty five million annually will pay more tax. If you are earning less than 25M annually, your tax will reduce and your take home will increase.

I paid 233k tax this month, but I will be paying 157k tax monthly from January. That is 76k more for me.

Mind you, you can't hate Tinubu as much as I hate him.

Guy pls can you be reasonable for once? In small basic Economics, don't you understand that when these business men you mentioned are over-taxed, they will transfer the tax burden to end users(The end users are me and you, thereby increasing the prices of their services). Who will suffer the brunt? It's me and you and you know pricing system in Nigeria is not regulated.

And let me ask you a simple question, why should everything fall on the already poor masses by this Devilish APC? Why can't your favourite vegetable in Aso rock start by reducing cost of governance if he is serious about improving the country?

You can't withdraw a law already passed and signed into law.

Implement and amend the sections that are not palatable

Or better still contest the law in the courts based on evidence.
