Guys what could be happening?

My TV is always plugged but I don't ON it.... Today I decided to ON. All of a sudden, as I pressed the remote to power it, I just heard gbao...... The TV that use to show the red led light didn't show any light again.


Please and please, what could have happened to my TV, who has experienced this before?

Assumption: The power got damaged due to the sudden discharge of current built up over time. Hopefully it didn't get to the picture board because e go be double wahala.

Solution: Change the power not repair.
