New Super Eagles leader Wilfred Ndidi isn't buying into the pressure narrative ahead of Nigeria’s second match in the AFCON 2025.

As Nigeria prepare to face Tunisia in Saturday's crucial Group C encounter, the Super Eagles' newly appointed captain has a simple message: his team has nothing to fear.
"There is no pressure on us, none at all," Ndidi declared in his pre-match press conference. "We didn't qualify for the World Cup, but we are ready for this tournament."

I am not impressed with what I'm seeing so far even from the WCQs. You guys need to improve o, so when DR Congo gets disqualified, we can at least look forward to good entertainment at the mundial from you guys when we eventually make it there cheesy

What I saw the super eagles play against Tanzania can be risky against the Tunisia.

They won't give us that much space like Tanzania did and will be technical.

Just a goal can settle this one.

Just win cos the hatred and insults from other African Nations towards Nigeria Soccer team, Super Eagles is too much.... I watched a sport commentator of South Africa origin and another DRC Ex player discrediting Super Eagles, in fact calling them Super Chicken to be eaten for Christmas but escaped and would be quickly slaughtered for New Year today to avoid running away. Despite the presence of two Nigerians, they couldn't defend Nigeria but were even stylishly insulted too by claiming that Nigeria couldn't qualify for the world Cup on the field of play but trying to qualify from the back seats by bribing CAF etc.....to push out DRC they couldn't defeat on the field of play. So much bad remarks made by those guys about Nigeria and the super eagles...
