Investment Suggestions! by Jman06(op): 12:56pm On Dec 24, 2025
Please guys, I want to devote this thread to investment guidance by investment gurus on this forum.

As year 2025 is winding down and year 2026 is fast approaching, it'll be nice for us to share investment guidance for those who would like to make profitable investments from January to benefit.

Please any suggestions you're making for us should be based on a sound knowledge of the sector you want us to invest in. Please scammers and jjcs should steer clear of this thread... thanks

Seun, please support this thread so that those of us that have become accustomed to your forum would also benefit financially by being properly guided on what to invest in.
Some of us have some spare cash we wouldn't want to spend during the Christmas celebration but would like to invest same as we return from Christmas.

So guys, please suggest. Your suggestions could be stocks, crypto or even any business you think would be worth investing in. Thanks as you suggest.

Thank you for creating this thread and I believe it will help educate people and also help other people on this forum gain profitable business ideas that will change their financial situation come 2026.

To be honest, one sector that won’t fade anytime soon is agriculture. It has been there since the days of our fathers, and it is still here, it isn't fading out anytime soon. Food is getting more expensive because demand is high and supply is low. With over 150 million Nigerians struggling to even get three meals daily, it’s clear that food production is one of the safest places to put money right now.

That’s why a lot of smart investors have quietly moved into farming. They’re not on social media making noise, but they are cashing out from crops like cassava, maize, cocoa, oil palm, cashew, and rice, because people must eat, no matter the economy.

Cassava especially is very profitable because it is used for garri, flour, fufu, ethanol, starch and animal feed. It has a ready market and it never goes out of demans, so investors don’t start worrying about “who will buy it?”.

That’s where Ikore Farm & Resort Estate in Iseyin, Oyo State comes in. The model is simple:
You own the farmland, and a professional team manages the cassava farming for you - our company does everything for you from soil preparation/land preparation to planting and harvesting. So even if you don’t know anything about farming, you can still benefit from the sector.

Each acre (6 plots of 3,000sqm) currently goes for ₦4 million with a flexible 3-month payment plan. At the end of the planting season, you earn up to 80% of the cassava yield, and the land itself still appreciates in value. You own land and the products on your land, and your acre is guaranteed to bring you returns every year.

If you’re curious, the best thing is reach out.

One thing I’ve learned over time is that in uncertain economies, real assets with daily cashflow tend to outperform speculative ideas.

Beyond agriculture and real estate, one sector that quietly keeps printing money is executive mobility and premium transport, not ride-hailing, but high-end SUV rentals for corporates, NGOs, airport transfers, and VIP movement.

The demand is steady, payments are mostly upfront, and the asset itself is tangible and insured. What surprises many people is how quickly cashflow starts once operations are structured properly.

I’ve been involved in vehicle upgrades and fleet operations in this space, and from experience, the key isn’t hype, it’s transparency, proper management, and realistic returns.

Like others have said, diversification is key. Combining low-risk instruments with one or two asset-backed cashflow businesses can make a lot of sense going into 2026.

Dangote Refinery would soon be doing its IPO, go and register with a very stock broking firm and buy at launch and sell within first 48 hours, then you can rinse and repeat. You can as well go for commercial papers of the likes of Dangote Cement among others.
Alternatively you can invest in digital projects that create Cashflow for users, last year I mastered how to fork Bitcoin and grow its value but it requires a network of people, if we can get 1000 persons that can commit like 5,000 to 10,000 naira across a period of 1 to 3 years to such a project it will make lots of success, but you know, Nigerians are often interested in quick returns.

For me I am creating a social network after Facebook shutdown my account, it's multipurpose but will begin for Nigerians alone, I am modelling it to have concepts adopted from Big Brother Naija (but digital version only) for raising funds for stabilisation of the project, engineering, server expansion and marketing. I will like to get investors as I am looking at floating a company for it in the USA or Estonia for future expansion to other countries, if you are interested you can chat me up on 08089456258
