These are my new year resolution as understanding wife.

1-i have decided to Repent and give my life to God after all na him create me.

2-i will no longer cook sumptuous meals with 1500 naira again,infact i would cook pot of soup with #300 only and i must include hollandia yoghurt, campari wine alongside the meals.

3-i will reduce the volume of my stubborness and NEVER(sarcasm) adhere to laid down instructions.

4- i will put more efforts into chasing away all unproductive people around my husband,how i do it shouldnt be your business,i have lots of un-used strenght.
What is the essense of having a liability around?

5-i will give my husband, kids and myself peace of mind...e nor mean say me and my husband nor go quarrel o,and if our kids chook mouth for the matter,me and my husband go carry them settle(sense will not kill us)

6- My family will become my priority like government job,they sneeze i check on them,they cough i mount my guard.if them do anyhow,dem go see anyhow.

7-I will block every avenue for unecessary financial pressure,no body can kill me and I nor go kill anybody...if it didn't dey,it didn't dey.

8- zero tolerate for emotional blackmail....Dont use God bless you to pressure me to do anything against my will.

9-if naija pressure me....i go just carry my ecolac boxes and elope with my family to another african CoRntrEE.


10- i will Protect my mental health with everything that i ve got,life is too short abeg.

11-i nor get time to impress anybody or seek for their validation,but to work smart and use my brain always.

I'm not good with all these resolution stuffs..

I can write down my resolutions on the last day of the year and resume back to my old ways ,latest a day or two after .

But one thing I've got to stop this year is to learn how to say No.... not all requests should be granted.

Human beings go dey write New Year's resolution and plans like we actually have a say in whatever happens in the next few minutes not to talk of a whole year.

I've already started with mine, I resigned from my workplace and made a decision to take a four years break.

Hopefully I'd have achieved all my desired goals in fours years before resuming back to my fieldwork... And come January, hubby and I will finally be moving into our new completed matrimonial home away from the big city life, I've always hated the city life, it's too fast for me and I can never seem to catch up.

I'll be starting the new year in a new province and a new house... My father will also be serving as my mentor starting from next year and showing me the ropes on all things business.

You know, that book you all love to quote from says something like," Love your neighbor as you love your own self." What is fascinating to see is how people who claim to believe what that book says almost always make it seem that the way to show love is by sacrificing oneself and love for oneself for others, when, again, the book instead says, "Love your neighbors as you love yourself." (Not more than you love yourself or less than you love yourself, but exactly/as much (as) you love yourself. ) This literally means that to love others, you must first love your own self, and only then can you go on to love others in the same way. Implying that when you love others more than you love your own self, or when you love others less than you love yourself, you do not meet the requirement for love set by that statement contained in that book... and this applies to all of your neighbors, including husbands, children, mother, etc. 🥱🥱🥱

Someone might come up and say something like "it is not good to be selfish." To that I will say you are absolutely wrong. Again, that statement, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself," literally states that if you are not first selfish -- love yourself -- , you cannot then go on to love others --- be equally selfless. 🥱🥱

The first thing is to stop hair loss or breakage and then it’s about your diet. I found some anti breakage products, and I have increased my intake of protein and Iron rich foods. I have since found that my hair has stopped shedding and I’m seeing improvement in volume and length.

2. Start my 30 days excercise challenge, I went on jogging this morning after skipping over 100+ this morning
