Why not freeze those players that are not good enough like you did it Sterling, chilwell and recently Disasi. Freeze them and send a message to the board.

Gittens is the biggest downgrade Chelsea has ever made. No threat, can't dribble, nothing at all

Even same with poch (as much as I like maresca) and have no issue with him



Poch was already figuring out how to build his team towards the end of the season, we were conceding less than before

I personally do t want him sacked, like I said but he should change a lots of things
Squad rotation shoukd be done with common sense. You want to rotate a team with 6 - 7 new players at a time.. who does that?
He's there to manage the Team and not just cucurella.
Team play without their top players and still won games.
I remember our champions league final vs Bayern, Bertrand from nowhere had a good Game. , we even won without JT.
He need to do better with his benchs, if its not working he should look into the feeders Team.
He's just too soft with the kids he had.. they can do better .
Seeing what's going on as Normal and the way they want to make it a Norm at Chelsea dey pain me pass.

My blood boils anytime I see Gittens on pitch. He is a coward with low self esteem who does not believe he can play for Chelsea. And most importantly he symbolises our Sporting Directors foolishness.

Where in football does it say you need 8 or 9 AMs and Wingers while only one man (Caicedo) is carrying your midfield?

This foolish wingers approach and ignoring midfield will only lead my club to lopsidedness, imbalance, ruin, frustration and inconsistency. The only thing we won was won by playing 3 CMs in the CWC final, yet those fools went and put 9 wingers in Marescas hands and instructed him to give them all minutes.

Keeping maresca simply means encouraging mediocrity. This is not our standard as a club.

For the records , maresca has spent more money than emery .

I still believe 343 would serve us well with cucurella/James as wingback but maresca never tried it.
