By the way, Fayose was in Ibadan all those years before 2003. Aside from voyaging to the UK, he was living in Ibadan, as a middle class person. He was not outright rich. His election was partially funded by family members too. His brother Isaac, recently openly stated that his late elder sister sold her property in Ikeja and handed over the proceeds to him. He repaid her wrongly as alleged by Issac. Ayo has not come forward to disprove him.

By financial payment protocols, should the President give the state governor that sum of money directly? Did that sum originate from the President’s personal purse? As a former governor, is Fayose not in the position to understand the protocols of payment between the FG and states? By the way, where would the FG get such an amount to hand over to a state, considering the fact of poor state of the economy?

Seyi Makinde was one of the first to publicly declare his assets when he became the Governor of Oyo state. His asset declaration revealed him as a billionaire. We are still waiting for Wike to tell us the source of his humongous wealth. He was not known to successfully run a law business or any factory before he became a local government chairman. What’s the source of his wealth?

Ordinary Nigerians will keep living in poverty and bondage with their senses of selective justice. While they support leaders who loot their collective resources, the same leaders use pittances to keep them under lock and key. Our country is in this mess today, not just because of horrible leaders, but also horrible citizens who do not understand the word “accountability”.

The initial contract sum is 1m, through variations, and additional scope, he got a contract variation. Entry and exit prices are never the same in O&G. Anyways, I don't expect you to understand.
