Tambuwal belongs to the PDP, and supported the ADC.

Now Tambuwal was detained by the EFCC in August 2025 over alleged ₦189bn fraud but released. My question is, why not jail him if the evidence were true?

The political intimidation on Tambuwal is mainly tied to his role in an opposition coalition challenging Tinubu in 2027 and this is what Tinubu will table to his brothers to justify the arrest.

Abubakar Malami on the other hand defected from the APC to ADC in July 2025 and report says the reason for his arrest on December 2025 is related to money laundering (₦1.014bn), abuse of office, and other offenses.

But again it all boils down to targeting former allies turned rivals and this is what Tinubu would cling on to as justification.

But we know he is also going to be released in no distant time. Tinubu can't jail them and that's the main point. 😒

I wonder why, this is a very bad sign.
