I was at his hospital in Warri when he was still a governor. Very A-Class system.

The woman looks fine to me . The tone of the muscles in her arm is good suggesting she is physically active
Many Nigerians her age tend to be overweight but she is lean maybe the stress of looking after her husband. She is not wearing makeup or a wig suggesting she is not making an effort on her appearance
This may be deliberate. In Nigeria if your husband has challenges you don't want to look exultant to avoid bad mouth
