It is lagos hoodlums. Not the whole Nigerians.
You people should always learn to point directly at the problem and not generalise it on the entire country.

Lagos as a state, has a huge problem with hooliganism, thugs, agberos, cultists, touts etc that seriously needs to be addressed for sanity to return to the state.
We have calabar festival and numerous other cultural festivals around Nigeria, they are not like this.
