Stumbled into trading in 2018 during the IML season, but got fully into it in 2024 through hunting different signal channels which ended up frustrating and unfavorably because of my lack of knowledge. Bought 3 different accounts last year, lost the first, $3k Tentrade, 2nd is $100k 5ers bootcamp, still in deep DD but coming out gradually, 3rd is $10, Nostro 3 phase account in small profit. I hope to win and use the 2 accounts to scale higher in 2026. Started learning the process in April this year through TradingPro NG Academy. What I learned during the course of my training this year; 1. I learnt to first have a good side income that'll take away emotional psychological pressures, helping me to calmly learn and understand the process. 2. I also learnt that FX trading is not all about buying and selling but a deep awakening spirituality connecting me directly to God. 3. My mentor, GreatWhite of TradingPro NG. Academy taught me with live practical examples of how patience and calm precision mould and refine a profitable trader. Areas that still need improvement; 1. I still need to learn the art of patiently holding my trades, especially when the market is trending. 2. I also want improvement in the area of keeping to my rules no matter the trade outcome. Areas I improved on and how they shaped my trading journey; 1. I improved significantly on reading and understanding market structure with the help of LuxAlgo SMC indicator and Structure Hunter indicator by my mentor, GreatWhite. 2. Understanding market structure helped me create a simple entry strategy that shaped my learning process with a beautiful edge in the market. Mistakes I made that other beginners should avoid; 1. Hmmm...pls avoid DEMO and PROP firm accounts at the beginning. Instead get a $10 cent account that'll allow you to learn and make mistakes peacefully, help keep your psychological emotions in check, build consistency and master discipline. 2. When you've built your trading edge with the cent account, get at least a $10k prop firm account, not multiple free accounts ooo so you won't mitigate your edge. When you intentionally and patiently pass the challenges, get payout and expand with higher accounts. 4 Likes |

Here's me appreciating God almighty 🫡 For revealing FX trading to me as a life skill to help me earn a living with freedom and also intentionally introducing me to TradingPro NG. Academy where I met GreatWhite, a patient and selfless mentor who is so passionate to see his students succeed in trading to the point of losing his sleep just to teach us how to trade Asian session range and manipulations. He's always at the London session struggles to guide us patiently. Don't even get me started with the NYSE where everyone makes profit unless you have a coconut head 🙂↕️ I'm also grateful to everyone here that pushed me in one way or another and those who encouraged a core signal hunter like me to learn how to trade by myself.
