We have no uses for it yet because it is only theorised to exist in space. Physicists have hypothesised that it can be made into a bomb of sorts. But here's the conundrum. If antimatter violently annihilates matter, how do you contain it to weaponise it?

I'm sure they'll find a way around this soon. After all neutron bombs were once whispered about as highly unlikely but today a number of countries have them. The 'good' thing about neutron bombs is that if you want to wipe out everyone in a city without using explosive force and shock waves that destroy structures, neutron bombs are the way to go.
