I guess most don't have cars. Cars in Nigeria are a major gulper of money through fuel and mechanics. To survive I put my freezer on for only 8 hours a day. I bought tons of iceblocks in the past that have become part of the freezer. My freezer is 60 percent iceblocks and 40 percent food so that I don't have to use nepa all the time to keep it cold, the iceblocks do that
