Yes, countries like Ghana and Ivory coast which have better electricity infrastructure because they make their consumers pay cost reflective tarrifs and also no one steals power and bypasses their meters.

And electricity costs a lot of money. We need something like 15 trillion naira in additional funding annually to get power to those on the grid.
