Since it happened in the staff quarters 1.Gas explosion from someone who left the gas on, or leak (Modifed..I recall one incident from my childhood, where our family had left house on outing, when my mother remembered she may have left gas on. Without complaining, my father turned that car around and we went back home , and made sure gas was off. Better to be late for outing than to come home to house on fire) 2.Someone is up to no good , and it's in the estate. 27 Likes |

Whenever you hear 'Police have full control,' just know that the bandits or terrorists have already finished their assignment and gone home to sleep. How does an explosion happen inside a General Hospital and the PPRO is 'grateful' that people 'already evacuated'? Did they get a WhatsApp notification that a bomb was coming? This country is a joke.
