This is best advice for u
You can buy it with a Trading account (Broker account) but buy it when it's testing a zone for a push up.

I would recommend:
1.Stanbic IBTC mutual fund. Though this doesn't lock your cash, but you are guaranteed a great interest rate.
2. Treasury bills. With this amount, you are guaranteed about 750k every 9 months or more over a year.

3. Investment in gold. This is actually the best. The amount in view can get you about 31 grams of gold. You are likely to enjoy a 100 percent interest rate every year and about 500 percent in 5 years. Make sure you buy from legit vendors. I would advise you take a trip to Abuja or kaduna to purchase.

All the best!
Right now Silver is the shit!

Looking at the outlook of the daily chart it's a good position to buy but traders like staying away from Holidays because of Bank Holiday which can lead to spike after Bank resumes. So decision start after the new year break.

People are buying silver because it is anticipated to bloom like gold. It is just an anticipation hopefully it pans out so. Ag on the other hand is already spinning in profits. The piece I bought in May was about 145k per gram. As at yesterday, it was 210k per gram. A 65k increase per gram in less than 7 months is big.

About This Treasury Bills .How True is this ..Pls.Pls.and Pls.Can U enlighten Me more ...U mean if One Put 6M one can Truly have such Interest of 750k or amore every Nine Months or More over a Year .

Kindly respond.
When you hear people make money without working, one of the ways is through the purchase of government treasury bills. It is very limited, however and to achieve a good margin of returns, your investment has to be big. For instance, investing 10 million naira for a 1 year duration can earn you between 1.5 to 2 million depending on the interest rates. They are most times, available at the beginning of each year and may be announced on news channels or newspapers (not so sure about that)... your "trusted" banker friend may also intimate you on that. Do not forget to collect a certificate.

I'm sure you can figure out a safe place in your house to do so. You can also secure a safe deposit box with some banks.

Pwan Group product of buy to Resell is my take on, on this. You can try one year first for 30-40%roi. If satisfied you can go for two years and thereafter for another two year rollover.

All this is not worth it. He will still pay WHtax of at least 20% on it. That N6m can’t give him more than N960k in a YEAR! Someone in a 2x2 shop will make more than that in a year. I see someone with a few millions fixing it as being a lazy person.

It’s not worth it! Fixed deposit is for people who have money in hundreds of millions and in billions.

He better puts his money where his mouth is. Staking that on bottled water business in a busy location will fetch him more than that, in a year. He doesn’t need to be there. Once he is buying from mega dealers or directly from companies, all he needs is a simple inventory management software, a POS printer, a functioning CCTV camera, and a few boys. He should take inventory count seriously. That’s all.
My Oga, you are talking no sense: Not everyone has business acumen, busy location in Lagos cost money (than 6m). You will pay tax tire (market tax, offloading tax, LG Tax, Agbero tax etc, tv/radio tax, state tax)

Its better you to fix that, instead of squandering it. Low returns but your money still dey.

You are wrong, I know FairMoney gives 23% in 2 years he will receive 2.4m+ after tax
If he add it to 6m = 8.4m+ for another 2 years, he gains 3.4m+

Let him add it up for the fifth year = 12m, he gains 2.3m totaling: 14.3m+ after tax in five years. Tell me how you want to beat that in five years

And the above is just FairMoney, I am learning other safe avenue here, some paying over 30%.

Did he tell you he is in Lagos? Even at that, where in Lagos don’t they drink water? Must he get a shop on Lekki. People selling in Sango Under Bridge with that type of money, go home with millions, every month. All the trassshh you said will only work on paper.
Lazy aaaas$, is a person believing 20% is enough, in a year, on an investment of N6m.

You can follow him to Fairmoney to invest it and get 23% na. Won’t Fairmoney deduct WithHolding Tax of at least 10% from the return? Management fees nko? Bank charges nko?

There’s no bank that pays 23%, even if they pay, it’s not worth it.
I have AxaMansard Mutual Fund. Highest you will get is 15%, before tax.

You need a minimum ROI of 50% IN A YEAR before you can say you have invested.

I invested N25m in Osun State, informally. Without lifting a finger, I am making N2.4m EVERY MONTH. I mean without lifting a finger. That’s like 100% ROI in a year. I have proofs here.

N10m will give you N600k, IN A MONTH. This is not M M.M or Po nz i.

I have handled investments across banks, for big men. With their money and negotiation power, highest they get has always been 11%. You will even see banks that pay 6%.

N6m can start a low-budget house tiles business, inside market. A carton is bought around N4,500 to N5,500 and it’s sold for between N6,500 and N9000.

So you didn't answer my last question but let me help you out:

Let's just assume at the worst case scenario that in 2020 that dollar was N500, gold was N1million per oz(i.e 28g least) or gold price in dollar at the highest was $2100, that man with his N3m should have gotten at the bearest minimum between 2.7oz- 3oz of gold, which in today's money is far more than the N7m he mentioned.

That's why I said they cheated him( or maybe he's not telling the truth). And that the currency doesn't matter as long as it was gold that was bought at the right AMOUNT(Very important).

If you have handled finances and you don't know about fairmoney, you are short of information. Why not download the app and check, instead of a argument.

Business is good but not everyone can think like a businessman.

I checked online and the price of gold (1 oz) was less than 1m in 2020. Now, it's 6.2m per oz in 2025. This means his 3m would have bought more than 3oz in 2020. Keeping it till now would net him close to 20m, which isn't bad (imho). I just asked my sister and she said she bought 700k worth of gold and sold for approximately 1.1m in 1 or 2 years (she isn't sure), which isn't bad still. That's conveniently 50% (if a year) or 25% (if 2 years). Its still better than the rates most banks will pay, based on what I see here. I want to learn more about this to invest.

@MrSamsung

Bying land in a good location is also very good. I bought a land for 1.2m in 2023 and it's worth 4m in 2025. Same location, but closer to the road, a friend bought one plot for 900k in 2022 and it's worth 5m in 2025.
