Never, he has not, rather, Atiku accepted to step aside for the south to finish it 8 years before he comes back, thus Obi will only use 4 years which he has said are enough to actuallize all his visions. All "na make I just get there 1st" I personally want obi to win not because of anything but for the failure he is to come to the open.
