All my purchases from Temu have been ok. You should be fine if you do the following:
1. Check the actual dimensions of the product you are buying in the desciption. if this is not clear do not buy.
2. Check the reveiws from people who have bought, particularly those reviews with attached pictures. if the reviews are not many or there are no pictures, excercise caution.
3. Do not rely of seller posted images, they are deceptive.

is their 300k coupon real or scam

I have not had to pay any customs fees. Purchase price only. However the case may be different if you are buying a lot of a single item. I have generally bought random stuff

No of course, most people don't read description and they are too greedy. That's why they end up with rubbish buys

There is a minimum order for free shipping it thinks 20k for new users
It's also mostly air freight(they send it via planes)

Is there a way to not have to order upto the minimum amount but still able to buy

It's the same with those ordering from Lagos. Once it arrives Lagos, the couriers then ship it to each respective states
