Compliments of the season. Let your painter sandpaper the surface slightly to remove the roller mark and paint with satin.

Graffitex is the most durable wall coating that can last over 25 years. Same with marble trowel. The only difference between these and basecoat ready mixed screeding putty is little aggregate filler type. The same type of binder and materials. That should tell about it's durability for use in all types of screeding application.

I got this exact paper last year when I was working on my building in mowe ..I just ignore it. The security guard told them that the site owner is a soldier and since then, Dem no show again....mine was 250k or so..
Don't take them serious.Continue with what you're doing and if you think they'll be a menace, keep 20k for one side give them.. DON'T PANIC
