I had a fatal accident 4 years ago,due to drunk driving and also one way wrong lane by a crack head.my car was beyond repair and it got totalled. However it took me 2years to overcome the trauma. Since then I stopped taking spirit and don't exceed 60 to 80kph on city drive. Tho that day I was on 120kph and brakes didn't catch in a split of second ,na gboooahhhh.
I ran a ct scan and everything came out normal
I sustained a scar cut to my forehead
Bruises on my arms
And a broken tooth

I no fit forget that day

What saved me was a tinted glass making the car glass hard to shatter,I no even wear seat belt. Steering airbag blow me head, naso I faint. I felt I would wake up in heaven. Alas I woke up after 15mins. My wallet stolen,cap stolen,watch stolen. Na only my phone I hold tight

When I had an accident on kano road while heading back to Jos it took me a couple of months to start driving again because of the physiological effects.


But I don't even see how any such trauma can affect his boxing career since it's not connected.


I could continue and do every of my other daily routines and activities I just had the fear to drive until I gradually adjusted.

You missed my point...

This will not make him not to get back in the ring if he decides. The thing about trauma is that it most likely will be connected to which I pointed to in my personal situation as I had fear of driving but my every other day life activities continued normally. Same with when I had a situation of a dog attack I would jump or get frightened at the bark of a dog even if the dog was far or wasn't in sight.


Even if he is traumatized which I didn't rule out AJ can get the best psychologists to help him get through and it will not affect his chances of getting back into boxing.


The only thing that can stop him is if he had an injury that ends his career from this or if he personally decides he wants to hang his gloves for whatever reasons.


AJ will bounce back to the ring if he feels he still has steam left to continue!

He didn't sustain any major injuries. Did you see any blood on his body at the scene? According to a reliable source as of 9am today, no broken ribs no head injuries. He had a minor cut on his left leg and a bruised left toe he's so lucky. May the souls of the department RIP. He will be treated in the UK
