The problem is the word "Bundle deal" is a kind of a promotional items with conditions, hence the bundle.
You can check the product from other vendors

One thing that makes Aliexpress webpage fascinating is that they arrange their products in different segments with varying prices attached to them. This, I've discovered, allows buyers to get satisfactory shopping experience, irrespective of what their needs are.

The "bundle deal" is one of such. If you check properly, you'd discover that prices are lower in that segment than in order for the same products. Therefore, to enjoy the benefit of the lower prices there, the condition has it that you must buy at least 3 products.

But, if you're only interested in one item, you have to check other segments of their webpage for it. But bear in mind that the price would be higher.

It was only in one place and on Bundle deal

I had no other options

I did all filters and looked individually

Once i click it, it takes me to bundle

I agree with you that some items could be scarce, and only found with few sellers. However, try using both "word and image" search of the item. You could still find it outside the "bundle deal" domain.
