Which cabal are you talking about because the only cabal I know of now, aside those in industries is Tinubu. The rest are either dead, or in jail.
I believe Peter Obi will do more for Nigeria and Delta State in particular than Tinubu. South south is just an analogy that doesn't put food on my table.
