What is fascinating to see is how people who claim to believe what that book says almost always make it seem that the way to show love is by sacrificing oneself and love for oneself for others, when, again, the book instead says, "Love your neighbors as you love yourself." Implying that when you love others more than you love your own self, or when you love others less than you love yourself, you do not meet the requirement for love set by that statement contained in that book... and this applies to all of your neighbors, including husbands, children, mother, etc. 🥱🥱🥱

Someone might come up and say something like "it is not good to be selfish." To that I will say you are absolutely wrong. Again, that statement, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself," literally states that if you are not first selfish -- love yourself -- , you cannot then go on to love others --- be equally selfless. 🥱🥱

The first thing is to stop hair loss or breakage and then it’s about your diet. I found some anti breakage products, and I have increased my intake of protein and Iron rich foods. I have since found that my hair has stopped shedding and I’m seeing improvement in volume and length.
