Hi, I just want to double check, I read somewhere that you only need a government issued ID to sit the exam, can I use my Nigerian drivers license or I must use my passport? Your response will be appreciated.
Only your passport is permitted.

A beginner just about to start French classes.

Please, I'd like to know the chances of success through this French pathway for those of us in our mid forties.

Appreciate an honest response. Thanks

Take personal practices very serious even if you have a tutor. You learn more by practicing on your own than you learn in class.
Master French words as much as you can — words don't change, if you know one word now, that's it forever.
If you need learning material, reach out below or use the email option.
Make it fun while you learn. Once you start, always tease your family with French language, you will never forget those words.
Thank you for your response.
Do you think being in the mid 40s of age could be a potential barrier for this French pathway?

For the weekday program, about two months will suffice, A1.1 and A1.2
This A1.1 and A1.2, are they paid for separately?

It’s been over two weeks since I sent my transcripts to WES via express courier, but they still haven’t been received. I’ve been checking my WES account every day 🤔

Bonjour 🙂

Learning has nothing to do with your age. It just boils down to your level of motivation. I would advise that you check your eligiblity and calculate your CRS to include your future french scores to see if it will be worth it.

If your CRS is less than 399 with the french scores, I think you should explore other options as French would get more competitive in the future.

Hi guys. I just joined today. I'm looking forward to writing the TEF/TCF exams before end of this year. Have been studying with Duolingo max for weeks abi months now. Please what can I do to learn better. Where can I get materials from and how can I know the exam structure so I can properly prepare myself. Also, any advice?
Re: All TEF Candidates For Canada Immigration, Let's Meet Here! by Habibiie: 6:26am On Jan 11
Check the first page for links and books that help in learning french. I don't mean to discourage you but Duolingo doesn't teach french structures however if you keep practising and studying (either alone or with a tutor) it helps.

There has never been a time AF would charge classes for 180k. This is false. that price of 40k to 52 is correct. Then an annual fee of 5k.
Please which AF branch charged you 180k for a class?
Re: All TEF Candidates For Canada Immigration, Let's Meet Here! by Habibiie: 11:32am On Jan 15
Are you speaking you directly know of?
I just started B1 and was billed 200K +. To be clear, this is the weekday evening classes for four weeks.
