He wasn't the driver judging by where he was seated in the car.
But he was in the vehicle so the responsibility of how the driver is speeding is on him to control.

What's AJ always doing in Nigeria? He should stay away from this God forsaken country.

Instead of just using this to bash the system, we should realize that at the moment of impact, whether you’re in a first-world country or Nigeria, you are just a human being. Tragedy is universal and can happen to anyone, anywhere.
^^^
While tragedy is indeed universal, the response to it is not.

In one country like that, some people (bystanders and onlookers) are offering 'prayers' amidst unbelievable chaos at a road traffic accident (RTA) scene. The only thing missing is sachets of 'pure' water usually poured by the crowd on the victims to 'revive' them. undecided

Meanwhile, in some other countries, the emergency response to RTAs is a defined, layered, well choreographed sequence of events - but still with room for improvisation if responders encounter unanticipated problems. THIS sort of response doesn't happen by chance. It takes intent, money, will, training and a clear understanding that a country is only as good as its public goods.

Nigeria isn't ready.

I will ask my accountant and get back to you.
So, you are just a liability complaining about a benefit you had no input in.

It doesn't matter how much he pays. Nationally, most Nigerians don't pay

Also your government is bad at managing our resources and making our economy an industrial producer
So, you are just a liability complaining about a benefit you had no input in.

Your entire statement shows how shallow you are. Chatgpt can help you with how these countries are being tax and what taxes they pay. Start from there before you come here spewing nonsense out of ignorance.

May you be delivered from mental health issues. I commented on Nigerian emergency situation and your off topic reply is how much I pay as tax. That is serious weyrey that need urgent attention. Like I said my accountant will attend to you and not me.
