Reelected for stealing us dry or being a fraud or exacerbating insecurity?
Re: Be Honest: After Nearly Three Years In Office, Does Tinubu Deserve Reelection? by Mandate1: 8:52pm On Jan 01
If Nigerians are serious people with our rationality intact, president Tinubu won't get 1000 votes. On what parameter are we even to start with?

Bobloco:
Should Tinubu be reelected after failing woefully and spectacularly over the past nearly three years, handing over the country’s security situation to Trump to solve, and running away to France?

It's a tough job and he has made some hard decisions that must be made eventually.

For me, it's a YES.

He can only get reelection through election rigging.

I just like Tinubu for making tough decisions but I despise his leadership style for lacking transparency, being insensitive, evasive and inept, and having the elitistic leadership approach (that nonsense disgusts me). Does he deserve to come back? NO! Is he going to win? It's 90% likely!
grin I just like as you no Dey deceive yourself unlike your delulu Okoro blodas that still think gringory will unseat Tinubu in 2027…….I like as you choose peace of mind grin

Tinubu cannot talk to Nigerians directly to explain his policies. We always hear about his policies from proxies. May be he doesn't understand the policies. Nigeria is running on autopilot.

Some of his policies are good and solving Nigeria problems. So, yes. He deserves reelection.

You have said it all.

Tough decision without the intention to follow through is useless. Subsidy removal was good, today there are sharing the money within themselves, so wasn’t it better before when the people at least had some positive benefit from the subsidy than now they don’t see anything at all??

Widen tax net but they are not being prudent and borrowing heavily. How will you borrow money, spend it on lavish lifestyle (new jet, new cars, abroad trips, increased allocation for Governors to divert) then tax the people to pay back and to prove to international creditors that you are tough so they can borrow you more?!
Re: Be Honest: After Nearly Three Years In Office, Does Tinubu Deserve Reelection? by mastermaestro(m): 9:07pm On Jan 01
I think Tinubu’s greatest crime is that he is making all the toughest economic decisions in one single term. Decisions that his predecessors had no balls to make, and for which his successors will be extremely thankful.

If Obi or Atiku won tomorrow, they will neither return the subsidies nor reverse the new tax laws. Fact!

He is by far the worst president in the history of the country, he certainly doesn't deserve a second term.

If that's the case, it's better we rotate them, no one should enforce bad with second term

Removing tinubu is an opportunity to pay him back in his own coins

Polling unit not on Nairaland or on social media. "2023 click Like or Share" still in mind.

Their Emperor got 20 million votes online but was beaten to far 3rd on the field.

And I remember how one Chizom sitting in his bedroom clicking over 200k Likes for their Emperor but was beaten blue black to far 3rd.

I remember one unknown mathematician calculating nonsense and gave their Emperor all the votes yet he was beaten to far 3rd.

Hello bobloco NO POLLING UNIT ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

We go shoot the movie for una in series una no go fit watch am finish.

You speak as if you had a say in his election in the first place.

The only thing within your power at this point is to protect your votes, but you can't do that by jumping from one party to another. You have to stay somewhere and build structure, not looking for quick fixes

False, lies

You don't inflict harm in the name of hard decisions

His he feeling the hard decisions

Nigeria is in problem and he's giving out a contract of 15trn for a road that's not necessarily needed

That amount will take càare of 85% of the existing roads that need attention

Even to a company his son sits on the board.

He removed subsidy and paid 17.5trn for pipeline surveillance

What sense is that

Why the north and yoruba don’t want an Igbo man is before they are afraid an Igbo man in power will be pro Biafra at heart and will implement it.

Ask yourself why almost all the nations of the world do not totally satisfy the masses even USA,Ghana,South Africa,China etc.
It is all because no govt is perfect.
Economy is the most important part of a nation and Nigeria has faired better in this according to the World Bank,IMF and all the international Ratings.
Inflation is down.
Annual growth of Gdp.
Reserves have increased.
Prices of things are coming down but some are still hanging in the sky.
In short, there are all i dications that things will get better.

I am pasting this for why we should reelect President Tinubu because we have no better alternative amp get those parading themselves as would be presidential candidates.

This post I have posted before answers your question and if you must know, subsidies are still been paid on electricity specifically bands B,C,D etc.

The post....

The road is actively going on in 5 locations..

You really asked a sensible question, sir.
These are some positives to answer your question. No govt is perfect.

Under Tinubu, why are the govs paying #70,000- #104,000 minimum wage easily without owing shishi but were owing up to 20-40 months salaries previously?

Why are the govs paying their debts even some up to 85% while they were always borrowing previously ?

Why are the govs executing projects right and left without borrowing and doing better than previously ?

Why was the FG able to pay all IMF DEBTS off and not able to previously?

ASSUU has not gone on strike even with their humongous demands because the govt is giving them almost all what they want and using the savings from subsidy diligently.
They just signed a ground breaking agreement that could not be signed previously.

NELFUND is gulping money but giving easiness to parents and their children. If you have 10 children, you can send them to the university without breaking a sweat.God is great.
Never knew this will ever happen in Nigeria.

Technical colleges all over the nation are free with free food everyday and #22,500 free pocket money every month.

CONSUMER CREDIT SCHEME.

KIDNEY DIALYSIS almost free treatment.
(Haemodialysis is expensive, costing approximately N150,000:00 to N250,000:00 every month excluding Erythropoietin injections weekly)

Old pensioners get free medical treatment in Nigeria.

Humongous projects that have never been witnessed in Nigeria going on in the 6 geopolitical regions of Nigeria.

Nigeria is third in military power in Africa.
Egypt is widely recognized as Africa's strongest military power, followed by Algeria, with Nigeria rising to third during this Tinubu regime because of the billion of dollars weaponry acquired making Nigeria one of the best in military in Africa.

$7 billion + the IMF more than $3 billion dollars Tinubu paid off are not to be forgotten.

Etc.

Will you prefer going back to when govts couldn't pay workers mere #18,000,#30,000?

When states were owing 5,6,12 months salaries?

When pensioners were dying on queues?

When poor people could not go to universities,Technical colleges because the poor parents had no money?
Tinubu has made it easy for you to send your children to the university even if they are 200 in number.

At least we should give kudos to our govt when they do our positive wishes and knock them when they are in the negative.

In spite of trillions of dollars accrued through subsidy removal,Tinubu is still borrowing and taxing Nigerians. Insecurity worsened poverty increased. In a free and fair elections Tinubu Will not be reelected
Re: Be Honest: After Nearly Three Years In Office, Does Tinubu Deserve Reelection? by NaijaSumi: 9:26pm On Jan 01
Definitely NO. He should pack his bagagges and run out of office if he love himself. Nigerians will never vote APC into presidency... No matter how many governors decamps, APC is finished.
